Is a credit card required for the free trial?
No. All you need to get started with BrainKeeper is a valid email address. The free trial is completely free, so no payment information is necessary.

Do you really offer unlimited Pages, Workspaces, and a Terabyte of storage space?
Yes we do. We are a complete knowledge management system- we don't want you to have to store your larger files somewhere else. We are the only hosted wiki provider that offers this level of committment, and proud of that fact.

Does the free trial contain all BrainKeeper features?
Yes, all of our features are available in the free trial. To try some of our features, like the BrainKeeper API and Single Sign-On, you will need to contact a support representative.

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. BrainKeeper can be purchased as a monthly or annual subscription, and we do offer a discounts for longer term subscriptions.

Can I upgrade or change my subscription later?
Yes. You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription level at anytime.

How do I cancel a subscription?
To cancel a subscription, just send an email to sales@brainkeeper.com. Refunds cannot be issued for partial months.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express online for all subscriptions. We can also invoice you if you have subscribed to an annual committment.
